((We’re watching Doctor Who (S05E04(?))—one of the weeping angels episodes. My dad was rambling about Doctor Who and how long it’s been on, how heavily guarded it is, not paying attention to the episode…
And then he saw the angels and immediately went “Ohhhhhh…” My mom and I just laughed.))
“Alright, I’ll go turn myself in then. Let’s see how well you’ll do without me.” Steve let out a dramatic sigh, shrugging in an exaggerated manner. Chuckling lowly, Steve moved close to Boss as he shivered again with a shake of the head. His hands moved along the man’s forearms, keeping close yet the fact they were both damp didn’t really help with any warming up a whole lot. “Hmm, I guess a little ‘swanky’. I wouldn’t know the difference between a four and a five star, so I’m no critic.” Cortez let out a snort, looking down and then back to Boss. His eyes searched over him, as if he was drinking him in. “The most I’ve seen of it are some photos. Huge bed, a real nice view. I got the room with a hot tub.” Steve’s grin widened a little. “I’ve been joking around about how the Normandy should have one, but at least I can rent a hotel room with one in it.”
Boss chuckled softly and kept Steve close as he came over, his hands moving to the damp sides of the man before gently squeezing the muscle underneath the fabric. “The only thing I know being swanky is back on Coruscant… 500 Republica. Lots of politicians, celebrities… Visited there once. Couldn’t afford it. Well, now I can but I don’t quite fit in there.” He chuckled and slowly ran the his hand up and down Steve’s left side, keeping him close still.
"Hot tub, huh? Well, nice views are… Nice and all. But I think I could go for a quick warming up first. Couldn’t you?"
(It seems like those “reblog if you support gay marriage” posts are…kinda pointless on Tumblr. I mean, yes, gay marriage is a wonderful thing and a right everyone should have, but it’s preaching to the choir if it’s on Tumblr.)
((Exactly. It’s like going to the DNC and shouting “I LOVE OBAMA!” No point.))
[Oops just responded to the tags post. Basically I don’t mind the ‘reblog if you will roleplay with anyone’ posts, but find ones like the examples you gave irksome. Never guilt me into reblogging something.]
((Those reblog posts are fine [although they do get a bit irksome at times when that’s all it is and nobody gets anything in turn]. But the guilt bullshit needs to stop.))
I really hate those posts that are “REBLOG IF YOU SUPPORT GAY MARRIAGE” or whatever the meme of the day is. We all generally support it. There’s no need to constantly post them and throw in “If you don’t reblog this, we have a problem.”))
Of all the beds on the Normandy Tunri could successfully say he had never imagined being in this one. He blushed as he traced the scars with careful fingers, all too aware of the dark eyes watching him. The Quarian was pressed tight against the Mandalorian’s heavier frame, absorbing the left over warmth from their previous session. It almost felt like a dream. He certainly could have believed it was except for the occasional twinge in his nether regions that told him that this was most certainly not a dream.
“Something on your mind, vod?”
Tunri looked up in surprise, and shrugged sheepishly. “No, I just-” He shrugged his shoulders once more before sitting up to look down on the relaxing human. As he tried to find the right words the medic worried his bottom lip between his teeth. He wasn’t expecting the hand that moved to cup his cheek and he felt his stomach fall at the look in the other’s eyes.
Now those were words he hadn’t expected to hear. Truthfully he had been wondering if the other had regretted lying with Tunri. He was hardly anything special to look at and well…he was hardly the most experienced individual on theNormandy. But Tunri was absolutely positive that despite the cold he was sure to have tomorrow and the fact he would have to deal with securing numerous immuno boosters this night had been one of the best.
“What? No! It was amazing! I just-…” He cut himself off and looked down, worrying his hands. And then he was being lifted and suddenly he was straddling the commando’s lap. The other’s strong hand gripped his chin gently and forced the medic to look into Boss’s eyes.
“Just what?” Boss wondered, keeping his grip loose enough that the other could break it but strong enough to keep Tunri looking at him. He knew the Quarian was shy, but he had to wonder if he had done something wrong, offended Tunri in some way. But all that worry melted away at Tunri’s question and he had to laugh once he had figured out the blurted words.
“Was I any good?”
Boss’s laughter was hardly what Tunri had been expecting and being who he was he immediately interpreted the laughter as an insult. Of course he should have expected it, he was at best mediocre at anything he did so why would sex be any different? He attempted to pull away but the commando’s arm wrapped against his waist.
“Hold on, hold on.” The chuckles died down but the grin still remained. “Trust me, vod, you were good.” Tunri’s disbelieving look just made him smirk. “Need proof?” he wondered before rocking his hips up against the medic to let him feel the chubby already growing. The quarian looked at him in shock and Boss just winked.
Boss blinked when Steve pulled him into the elevator, realizing that they were probably in “danger” of being caught. Once the doors closed, Boss let out a sigh and shook his head. “Yeah… All thanks to you, of course.” He smirked and jabbed Steve’s arm playfully. “It’s all your fault. You do realize that, right?”
Steve crossed his arms over his chest, mostly to rub at his arms for he was starting to shiver. Looking at Boss with a raised brow, he shook his head and looked off to the side. “Hm, I’m not sure I realize how it was my fault. I never pushed myself into the water.”
"It’s your fault because you’re the one who got us down there. Therefore, you should accept responsibility and consequences…" The grin on the Mando’s face was wide as he looked over at Steve. "So, this hotel we’re staying at… How swanky is it? Hopefully it has a nice tub that we can warm up in, yes?"
